This collection of short videos was originally filmed as Instagram Story videos, so my apologies for the vertically held smartphone media used to create this compilation. The images were taken on a sunny day in May in one of Windham, NH's natural conservation areas open to the public. I am lucky to live next to this retreat and make use of it throughout the year both for physical exercise and as a way to clear and rebalance my entire being. This is important if the artist wants to draw upon the deepest resources within one's own life experiences and let them guide the creative process. Well, it is important to me in any case.
